Vehicle Hire Terms and Conditions
- The company fills up the fuel tank for take off from our bus terminal
2. The customer fills up the tank on return from the trip. An agreed amount will be deposited with the company by the customer for that purpose and refunds made/additions paid on filling up the fuel tank on return.
3. The customer is charged on daily basis, including day of return of the vehicle.
4. Daily hire rate will be determined my Management based on the type of vehicle to be hired and destination of trip.
5. Amount for expected days of the hire shall to be paid upfront before the trip
6. The vehicle carries only passengers and one travel bag each, with one hand luggage. Bags must not exceed …….in weight and…….. in size. Foodstuffs and other heavy goods are not allowed in the vehicle.
7. Any trip outside the agreed destination will be negotiated separately
8. The customer is not allowed to pick other passengers for a fare
9. Maximum of 3 passengers is allowed in our Corrola, Yaris and Highland and max of 5 in GMC car at any point in time
10. The customer shall accommodate the driver comfortably all through the trip if the vehicles are to be used outside our terminal locations in Jalingo and Yola
11. Driver’s feeding allowance shall be paid by the company
12. For safety and security reasons, our vehicles are not allowed to be on road beyond 7:00 pm so all trips that will go beyond 7:00 pm must have arrangements for sleepovers.
13. For hire services within Jalingo and Yola, our vehicles shall be released by 9 pm to be parked at our terminal and return the following day from 7 am
14. Our vehicles must not be used for political rallies, and convoys other than for weddings and related civil activities
