1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", or "your") and SuperGo ("we", "us", or "our") regarding your use of the SuperGo mobile application and related services.

By accessing, downloading, installing, or using SuperGo, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our services.

• If you are between 13-18 years old, you need parental consent

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
• Use automated scripts or bots

• Engage in spam or unsolicited communications

5. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

8.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SuperGo shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill
• Service interruptions or technical failures
• Actions of third-party service providers
• Unauthorized access to your data due to security breaches

Maximum Liability: Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the past 12 months, or $100, whichever is greater.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SuperGo, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including attorney fees) arising from:

• Your use or misuse of SuperGo
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of third parties
• Your violation of applicable laws or regulations

10. Termination

10.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by:

• Using the account deletion feature in our app
• Visiting our Account Deletion page
• Contacting our support team

10.2 Termination by Us

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately if:

• You breach these Terms
• We are required to do so by law
• We reasonably believe termination is necessary to protect our users or services

10.3 Effects of Termination

• Your right to use SuperGo will cease immediately
• We will delete your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy
• Some provisions of these Terms will survive termination

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision.
